How Your Wallet Works with Oddy

• Key Storage: When you import or create a wallet, your private key is encrypted and stored securely to enable trade execution
• Trade Execution: Oddy uses your stored credentials to sign and execute transactions on your behalf when authorized

What Oddy Is and Is Not

• Oddy is a technology platform that facilitates trading on third-party platforms on your behalf
• Oddy is not a bank - we do not hold deposits or provide banking services
• Oddy is not a regulated financial institution
• Funds in your connected wallet are not insured by FDIC, SIPC, or any government agency
• Funds remain on the Polygon blockchain, not in accounts maintained by Oddy

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials
• You authorize Oddy to execute transactions on your behalf
• You understand that no system is completely secure and accept the associated risks
• You should only store funds you can afford to lose in wallets connected to Oddy

Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed on the Polygon blockchain network
• Transaction times and fees are determined by network conditions, not by Oddy
• We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or lost transactions due to network issues
• You are responsible for ensuring you send funds to the correct address
• Funds sent to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered

Service Limitations

• You authorize Oddy to interact with third-party smart contracts and protocols on your behalf
• This authorization remains in effect until you disconnect your wallet or close your account

Execution Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Execution: Orders may fail, be partially filled, or be rejected
• Price Slippage: Executed prices may differ from displayed prices due to market movement
• Network Delays: Blockchain congestion may delay or prevent order execution
• Third-Party Failures: We are not responsible for failures of Polymarket or other platforms
• Smart Contract Risk: Trades interact with third-party smart contracts that may contain bugs or vulnerabilities

Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all trades executed through your account

• You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials
• You must keep your trading PIN confidential and not share it with anyone
• You are responsible for using secure devices and networks when accessing the Service
• You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Oddy's Limited Role

• While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from compromised private keys, stolen credentials, or unauthorized access
• We cannot recover lost or stolen private keys, PINs, or funds
• If your account is compromised, we may not be able to reverse unauthorized transactions

Lost Access

• If you lose your private key or forget your PIN, you may permanently lose access to your funds
• We have no ability to reset or recover private keys
• PIN recovery may be available through account verification, but is not guaranteed

Oddy offers automated trading features including take-profit orders, stop-loss orders, and consensus-based trading. By enabling these features, you expressly authorize Oddy to execute trades automatically without requiring confirmation for each order.

Automated Features Include

• Take-Profit Orders: Automatic sells when positions reach target prices
• Stop-Loss Orders: Automatic sells when positions fall below threshold prices
• Trailing Stops: Dynamic stop-loss levels that adjust with price movement
• Consensus Trading: Automatic position-taking based on aggregated whale activity
• Auto-Exit: Automatic position closure after specified time periods

Authorization and Risks

• By enabling any automated feature, you authorize Oddy to execute trades without further confirmation
• Automated trades will execute based on our systems' interpretation of market conditions
• Market data delays may cause triggers to execute at different prices than expected
• System outages, network issues, or platform failures may prevent automated orders from executing
• You may incur losses from automated trades, including total loss of position value

No Guarantee of Performance

• Automated features do not guarantee profits or loss prevention
• Stop-loss orders may execute at prices significantly worse than the trigger price (slippage)
• In fast-moving markets, automated orders may not execute as expected
